My current bed frame has wheels so it becomes a slip & slide every time I sit on it. I tried some rubber pads they were actually to small and still slide freely.

The flooring is Pergo.

Caster cups?
If you are going down a river at 2 mph and your canoe loses a wheel, how much pancake mix would you need to shingle your roof?

Yup. They also have tall ones so you can get the bed up to a more comfortable height.
