Here's A New Wrinkle

I get those too on my junk email.
I find it a good practice to have a few different email addresses used for different purposes. That way I only get messages in my personal email that I want to receive there. Everything else, such as subscriptions, go to a different email.
Sometimes I wonder if a suspected junk email is legit and I will right click the link, copy the url, and past that into notepad so I can read what's in the link without concern about opening an undesirable link. 99% of the time it is junk as suspected.
