Picked up a very nice Heinrich 4" drill press vise at an antique store for $7.50. New they sell for $218.00
USA made including the castings. It just needed a little WD-40 and scotch brite and it's like new.

After looking at one, I bought one at retail about 20 years ago. Its a fantastic little drill press vice for those that use a drill press for various things. I particularly love the way it stands on edge.
