Table from metal and a little wood.
#4
I was cleaning out the shop of small wood and metal pieces clogging the storage bins but didn't get too far.
I found a 11.5" round 3/4 ply piece I had cut once upon a time and decided to keep it, then found a crankshaft and gears and metal stuff I saved and saw a table in all of that.
I just started tacking things together and this happened.

I can fairly place it here, because the top is plywood underneath.

I love junk art. Welding unrelated stuff together is an art form. I had a string of chickens going once that had 23 of them, none had any similar car parts, all free from a buddy cleaning out his car repair biz. I basically taught myself to weld doing them. A few were rough to begin with, some got pretty cool toward the end, all of them found good homes where they were loved

OUTDOOR yard art, but still they were treasured
