That is the lower HP greenie version. At that level of disassembly, it is probable that either the Reeves drive, or the speed-control porkchop is shot.

Even if the power head is shot, that frame is a good basis for the SS over-arm router kit. Add the main table upgrade and it is a great setup for an over-arm router.
