I would guess the lack of a price and "best offer takes all."

This isn't an auction site.

I am grateful that there's no price, although I believe forum rules require it. I'm close enough where I would probably go buy it even though I don't have any room.

Don't you need to build a new bench? That ash would be a good start toward a small Ruobo.
