Guy had some "reclaimed" oak listed on Craigslist for $150 with some horrible pix.

Turned out there were 15 2" x 10", mostly 10' long.

He knocked the price down to $100
Big Grin

Even if I lose 10-15% it's still a pretty good price on some nice lumber.

Part of my house had 2x10 white oak floor joists, they were so hard, couldn't drive a nail in them.....they made good firewood.
