I have a Forrest Woodworker II 10" 40 T Thin Kerf that I've had sharpened twice but have since switched to a different blade.  Th sharpeners engraved my last name into the blade, but besides that, it is good to go.  $50 shipped USPS flat rate

I also have a Freud SD208 that I don't use any more.  Never sharpened.  All blades, chippers and shims.  $50 shipped USPS flat rate.
