Does anyone know of a supplier of filters that will replace the Onieda 13" by 39" cartridge filter used on their 2 HP systems? (Hopefully one that can ship it without charging an extra $50.00 for UPS because it is oversized.) Thanks.

Maybe Donaldson. Give them a call.

Yes I do. I have that collector and replaced my OEM
with this one. This filter is actually 13 3/4" diameter with a 9 1/2" interior cavity, it's 36" long. So the dimensions are not an exact match, but it still fit right onto my DC (a 2006 model). The filter is US made by Clark Filters in PA., and is a lot more robust in construction than the Oneida OEM I had (mine was not the HEPA rated filter). It's rated Merv 15 (I think the Oneida equivalent is Merv 16...and has 350 sq. ft. of surface area, which as I recall is more than the Oneida. Once you put it on that canter bolt is a little long, but still fits in the can on the bottom. All this, and it's less expensive. plus, if you visit the PSI website for the first time you'll probably see an offer for 1st time customers of 10% off. The one thing that won't work so well is that foam baffle that fits into the top of the Oneida filter, it can be put in, but it's to small to fill the Clark filter cavity. I still used it, but couldn't tell if it made any difference.
I started with absolutely nothing. Now, thanks to years of hard work, careful planning, and perseverance, I find I still have most of it left.

I found a pic of that filter installed on my DC, if it's of interest.

Wynn environmental would have a filter. No idea what shipping costs would be.
