I had the same thing happen with a CL ad posted by a pawn shop, advertising a set of forstner bits and call them HS drill bits.

I had the same thing happen recently with a seller selling a shaper as a router table. On the other hand, they had it priced like a shaper- a very expensive shaper

hey, you must have had dealings with government supply troops, if the paperwork says it's a drill press, it's a drill press.  When I was deployed to Desert Storm, we ordered a bulldozer and got a tank instead.  Suitable sub.  Only problem is, they didn't have the bulldozer attachment and nobody could drive it very well. I have a picture of it somewhere, they put it by the entrance gate guard shack, mostly as a joke.

I have seen where the company would not buy computers.  However, there was not a problem with purchasing electronic mathematical processing equipment, or something similar.

Yep, looks like a drill press to me :-)
I tried not believing.  That did not work, so now I just believe

Yup, and they also call a Bosch slider compound miter saw a "table saw."  Idiots.

You would have thought in five day's time they could have verified your observation.

Guns are supposed to be dangerous. If yours is not dangerous you need to take it to a gunsmith and have it repaired.
