I was remiss in not advertising this earlier. Its always a great show. I will be making stuff up in the question booth on Sunday from 11:30-1:30. Stop by and say hi

I went every year when I lived in Syracuse (NC is too much of a drive
Smile).  Good )free) seminars and lots of opportunities to spend a little cash.  There used to be a concurrent woodturners show (not sure if that is still the case).  My wife usually went with me - her motivation was the nearby casino

Totally Turning is a "sister event". Its held the same weekend, but it's a bit more expensive than the $10 entry fee for Showcase. That said, TT is a sold out show every year.

I will not be there Saturday. If you're going to be in the area Saturday, please stop by the shop for a visit. I'm just off of exit 2E and will be home from work by 2:30.
