I'm in the process of downsizing my shop equipment in anticipation of a move to a smaller home.  I currently have a dedicated shop but project moving into a garage shop in the not-to-distant future.  At this time, I'm selling my Delta Unisaw and my Dewalt 925 RAS.   Both are solid, reliable machines that have been well cared for and in very good operating condition.  Here are the CL links for anyone interested:
