So I was thinking about getting the Kreg router table from Woodcraft as they have a decent sale here with a handful of add ons. I was a tad hesitant due to it having an MDF top and reading about possible swelling in the steamy southeast summers.
Has anyone had trouble with this?
Also, any thoughts on the $499 version or the benchtop version? Anybody have either?
Thanks

I own the kreg benchtop. Nice table - prob one of the best pre made mdf/laninate pre made out there. If that swells your other stock will be lousy and you should not ww there anyway lol.
Make one.
The $500 is prob nicer.
But if going cheap benchtop pre made this is the one to get imo.
Glad its my shop I am responsible for - I only have to make me happy.

Had mine over a year in my SouthWest Florida in-air conditioned shop. Have had NO issues with the MDF top.
It is a good table, I like mine quite a lot. First one I have ever owned that I did not build.

I've had one for at least 4 years, and no issues whatsoever.
