Buck Brothers Crank Neck - Chisel/Gouge Set - Reduced
#11
For sale is a set of 5 buck brothers Crank neck chisels.  3 of them are flat chisels, and 2 are gouges. Handles are tight and in good structural shape.  Chisels appear in good shape with no real issues I can tell.  I haven't touched them other than rescuing them from a display shelf.

The gouges are on the right.  The 3/4" wide gouge is very flat, but still curved.  The 7/8" gouge has more curve to it.

The strait chisels are sizes 1/8", 1/2", and 3/4".

Price Drop - $100 Shipped - Last try before I part them out.

I was primarily interested in the cranked chisels.
Anyone interested in a couple of gouges at an attractive price?

It is always exciting when a box of my latest Woodnet purchase arrives.
Opening the box is like unwrapping a Christmas present - I think I know what is inside but you never can tell.
Well let me say buying these chisels and gouges from Nick was truly special. Starting with the fact that the priority mail box seemed especially heavy. Five tools couldn't weigh that much. No, the tools didn't but the custom made wooden box inside the cardboard box was the reason for the extra weight and showed that Nick

went out of his way to make sure my chisels were not damaged in transit.

The chisels and gouges looked better than they did in the pictures and the grung on the handles mostly disappeared with a little wipe with some blade and bit cleaner.  They are all fairly sharp, solid, and just what I wanted.
Thanks Nkick for the going out of your way to send me Christmas in May.
Ron
