I just finished these two cutting boards for my neighbor. She is going to give them as gifts. They are 18” X 20” X 1 3/8”. Made of walnut with hickory accent strips. Nothing real special about them but I haven’t posted any projects recently so here they are.

I disagree with you saying "there is nothing special about them".There certainly is,you made them and did a beautiful job.The new owners should be very happy.

Great job with the grain. They almost look like they are one piece. I love the subtlety of the accent pieces too.

I love the hickory accents. That's a very nice touch, and of course the hickory will hold up very well to knife cuts.
