make / manufacturer: POWERMATIC
model name / number: 81

Powermatic model-81 20" bandsaw. From 1950s.

All parts are here, and well-kept, but the shell has been left in the rain, and is rusted out.

Great project for someone with the time and skill.

$150

I have one of these and with a bit of work that would be a really nice saw!  The only thing I'm not seeing off hand is a fence, but that could be worked around for sure.

Mine came out of the local high school shop a few months after they replaced the bearings in it.  They replaced it with a Laguna, that is not near the machine the 81 is...
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there.
