For sale is a DeWalt DW087K Line Laser in very good shape for $69 shipped in USA.  

It was used for one project about 6 years ago and hasn't gotten any use since.  

* Projects both horizontal and vertical lines.
* Has built-in magnets to stick it to metal studs.
* Has a 1/4 x 20 threaded insert on the bottom that fits a standard tripod mount.
* Comes with wall-mount bracket that can be screwed to a wooden stud or attached to the metal wall-angle of an acoustic ceiling.   
* Uses 3 AA batteries (not included).
