A steal on a Performax 16/32 (not mine) $200
#9
This cropped up on CL this morning. In case anyone is close enough and wants it. ME? I took delivery of a Supermax about 6 weeks ago or I'd be all over it.
I started with absolutely nothing. Now, thanks to years of hard work, careful planning, and perseverance, I find I still have most of it left.

I just picked up one on Facebook Market Place or I would be making a road trip.  That is a great deal!

I messaged a friend of mine who is close by and he called the seller. It is sold. The seller said it "worked like crap, hence the price". So, don't feel too bad on missing out lol.

Wow that's interesting that the CL post says "Very little use- works like new."

That statement could mean anything, drum sanders take some understanding to use. I wouldn't have been afraid to buy it if I had a need.

I've seen people complain (mostly on Facebook) about their drum sander being underpowered. They seem to think it can be used like a planer!
