I have had one for a few years. Never used it. Does anyone have/use one? If so how do you size the pieces to get a final dimension? Talking about half blind dovetails.

No help here. I bought the Rockler jig 15 years ago, used it for half blind dove tails on two drawers. Sadly it is stored in a place I no longer have access to.
I have absolutely no memory of the actual set-up. All I remember is struggling with tear out, finally it dawned on me to use a backer board. The struggle made such an impression, I only do hand cut dove tails now.

I'm in the same boat and have never used mine. There are several Youtube videos online. Have fun with it and show us your results.
