Double kitchen sink drainage issue

The clog is 27' from the sink.

Doubtful it's a vent problem. Sounds like ours.
Every 4-5 years it gets the grease/soap caking mess, settling in the pipe. Pipe is low in the spot, where it never drains fully.
I put in a clean-out about 15' out, and shove a garden hose into it, jamming and flushing it clear.

Sounds like a partial blockage some distance down the line. The drain pipe eventually fills up, causing the sink to not drain

I think y’all might be right—blockage beyond my snake.
Going to get one 50’ X 1/2” and see if I can find the gunk.

I had a blockage beyond my snake too.  Plumber took at a nearby tee and put it back together with repair sleeves. part of it might be that it's not a street tee, just straight in.
