Hm, looks like a pretty clever design. Now, the pricing on that will be key though as it's trying to hit the spot between the 1hp 12" midis and the 16" bigger guys.

If its' 1200-1800, it'll be a home run. More than that, well Nova. Very interesting though!

Basic lathe without stand $799.00 shipping $75.

If message Laguna think will tell you roll out set for next month. Think if try to order one from Packard Woodworks might take awhile to get one. One guy said he saw one at woorking show price going to be $719.

If thinking about small lathe might be worth a look when they become available. The Lagua Revo 18/36 has some good reviews with few hiccups too!

Okay, for $800, that's a pretty darn impressive lathe for a midi lathe. Perfect for a second lathe for my shop and my teen boy to use while i'm spinning on the bigger one. I will keep my eye on this one!

I saw Jay’s video and how was he selected as a tester? You could see he’s not really a turner so I’d like to hear how this works. I’d be willing to test a new lathe anytime.
