I picked up this saw in a Estate sale. It was dusty and little rusty
I cleaned the saw but I cannot find any identification on this saw.

The blade is 12" long , 16 TPI

Is this a custom made saw? 
Any help will be appreciated.

Nice saw. Likely a contract made saw for a hardware store chain by Disston, Simmons, Atkins, etc. Sharpen up and start sawing!

Agreed.  Not a custom saw, per se - but it is a good quality one.  Looks to be in good shape too.
