Here is the diagram with the OP data:
Run = 65
Rise = 40
Slope (31.6*)
2x4 on 16" centers


Assumptions:
No double studs on ends
indeterminate distance (Diagram goes to 20 feet)
Rectangular wall assumed at 8'.

The diagram shows you the  stud's full length needed.  You would need to trim 15/16 angle (31.6 degrees) off of each stud.

This calculator assumes your second stud will be 15.25 inches from your first, then the rest at 16" OC
