My suggestion is any pair with anti-scratch coating. I retired so many for scratches that it was a joke.

EDIT: Ooops sorry, missed the part about needing them to go over glasses. I will leave my post here anyway incase it helps somebody else.
I grew up in a machine shop and have tried many different types of safety glasses in my lifetime. These are by far the best I've used. They are very comfortable and unobtrusive. They don't fog either. 10 pack is $12 right now. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00U1A...UTF8&psc=1

I buy UVEX Tomcat glasses from Gemplers. The more you buy, the cheaper they get.
