Tools with Soul
#6
Call me crazy but I really enjoy using vintage tools....they seem to speak to me (even when I'm up on my meds) and enhance the joy in whatever task I'm performing.  I recently got a hammer saw set, an Atkens, that I've been wanting for several years.  The ones I've found in the past have been so danged expensive I couldn't justify the purchase...but this one was $30 and it works like a charm.  I'm soaking it in EvapoRust now and can't wait to clean it up & use it tomorrow. Several of my (too many) saws are needing a bit of set. You can see a couple saws I got (with other fine treasures) at our local SDFWA old tool swap meet. https://photos.app.goo.gl/YeJHouJnbdbQDz4w6

Also picked up another hand drill...just can't pass em up....and it sin really fine shape...gotta get some grunge off before I can identify it. Only discernible markings is No 85.  I thought it was a millers falls #2, early version, but it may be something else. https://photos.app.goo.gl/MivRim7LhYwD4GBE9  [Image: iBmxQDeCVk7GFK9khhLjpibMYSwA4lHSADIjN2vdB5v]

Anyone else got this problem?

Those are not urls for viewing your images on a third party site (does amazon provide a url for that?), although they can be used as a link to amazon to view your photos:

https://www.amazon.com/photos/share/Bgde...hBunKO2mBY
https://www.amazon.com/photos/share/IYn7...veFyQ3E9H0

Or you could upload your photos to woodnet so it can display them like this:
