Just a heads up that Rockler has a very good deal on a Makita 18v 1/4 inch impact driver. $129 with a $25 Rockler gift card. It includes a battery (which is at least worth $50 since the lowest price I ever see on them is 2 for $99) plus a charger. CPO has it for the same price but no gift card.

I have one and it is great for driving longer screws.

The one to look for is the brushless impact driver XDT 12.
