Want to buy Router Crafter parts or complete
#7
I need the drive piece for a Sears Router Crafter. Chuck, drive? I'm not sure of the proper term. It fits onto a taper, it holds the workpiece, it is like the headstock on a lathe.

You tell me what it costs.  I think roughly $25 plus shipping is max.    I prefer paypal.      I'll pay shipping to Cincinnati, Ohio, 45230.

I have a complete unit, minus the drive.

The black piece is the drive, the other pic is the taper it fits on to.

I don't have one to sell, but I have one that I haven't used in years. If I remember right, you didn't need the center if you are using a square piece of wood. I'm not trying to insult your intelligence, just wanted to give you a work around if you can't find one. I think the center was an accessory for mine. I think I've seen them under a different name also, might be something to pursue.

I really need to get mine out and make some chips. It can do some nice things, I would do the fancy stuff on it and finish it on my lathe.

Hairy

I found a few and hope it works for you.  I have no clue how they work nor what they make and hope to see what you can make with one sometime.

It is always the right time, to do the right thing.

Thanks Arlin! I know I'm looking for something I likely won't find. You never know who is sitting on what.
