Have no experience my self but you can get some ideas of pro & cons.  Would call your local BBB and see how well  local WW contractor’s rates.

Didn’t even consider WW, and didn’t know nearest WW dealer & installer located in Wilmington, NC 60 mile from my home. WW advertises several times a day on radio & TV here.  Until today didn’t know that.

All replacemted window companies have their pros & cons, figuring out if it’s the company or contractors fault a mess.  Buying the best window can afford and getting an outstanding contractor installation key.

Went with highly rated local general contractor and his recommendation for replacement window company Simonton replacement windows a company he has least problems resolving probems with if got bad window.  Installed in 2007 contractor guarantee workmanship for three years, Simonton has 10 year warranty. Knock on wood no problems.

We had all of the windows replaced in our previous home, along with the house siding a couple of exterior doors and a new garage door.  We went with a low-cost contractor that advertised new energy efficient windows (any regular stock size) for $300 installed.

Our house was NOT our dream home, and we had purchased it while I was still on active duty in the military.  We intended to move someday, so we couldn't see going absolutely top dollar with the best of everything.  We needed decent serviceable windows.  And that's what we got.  They were manufactured by Great Lakes Windows.  They did well for us, even on days with arctic wind blasts.

As important as the windows is the company doing the work.  The salesman we went through had been with that company for a long time.  He showed up prepared.  When we sat down inside he showed me some materials samples and obviously knew his stuff.  When I asked him if he wanted to go outside and look over the work to be done on siding, he declined, saying that he had already had his job boss come by to estimate the siding work from outside.  He quoted me a price on the spot that was 30% less than the next lowest bid, and 50% less than the most expensive.  When I asked him about payment, how much up front, etc., his reply was, "No payment up front.  We'll do the work, and when you're happy, you pay us."

They held to the deal we agreed to, did the work on time, kept the place neat while the work was being done, and kept the price they quoted.  We paid by check the day the bill arrived.  Can't ask for much more than that.

Daughter used WW a couple of years ago. Very happy with the results. They’re franchises so I imagine a lot depends on the local owners.
