DW735 repair and cutter head replacement
#2
My DW735 was blowing chips all around the interior.  I thought it was a cracked blower housing, so I started tearing down.  Turns out the impeller was destroyed.  As my younger son took an interest in the mechanics of the machine, I decided to go ahead and do a fullish tear down and replace the cutter head with the shellix.

Got it back together and WOW!!  If you have this planer with the stock cutter head, you are really missing out!
