Geesh.  I don't have the room either but for that price, I'd reconfigure my entire layout to make it work.

I've got the baby brother to this, the 25 X 2 and the paper to wrap it is about 14 feet long.  This would take a whole box!  That being said, I love the sander and that seems like a great price.
