It turns out that Lowes only carries 36" and 32" wide doors.  I needed 29½" wide, so I'm on my own.  Also note that the Lowes' door were made from stock that was pieced together with finger joints and the screens were sunk directly into a slot in the wood frame. 

In any event I finished the 10 mortises and tenons and glued it up.   Rabbeted for the screens and built the screens.  I have only to mount the hardware and paint.  I should get it done on Saturday.  It feels very rigid.
