It's two tracts of land I forget how many acres and that was the first thing he tried and they wouldn't let him. All the locals said just build it and go on as that's what everyone else goes through there. Even many of the officials he has talked to have said that as well as there is a disconnect between state. county and city there and none of them cooperate with each other. One of the nice things about texas is if you are out side city limits you can just build what you want though septic tanks require a permit unless the owner does it themselves and there are rules to that and wells require a permit fee.
