If anyone is interested the store I go to (Kannapolis, NC) has this saw for $350...not on the website.
I had this saw and regretably sold it...if I could afford or justify a second saw I'd buy it.

I have a TS2424 model and it has worked very well. I have been thinking about retro-fitting a more powerful motor when this one gives it up. I think the contractor saw has a 2 hp motor which would be an improvement over what I have now.
