Craftsman #3732BL made by Sargent...I have have had these planes before that were stamped "Craftsman, U.S. Navy".. A heavy duty, low angle block plane, to me they are a lot like a smaller #3...This one is in excellent user condition...no apologies...except for loss of nickel plate and some paint.  Blade is wicked sharp so have bandaids at the ready....Selling for $37.00 shipped flat rate...Paypal only...USA sale only..First PM .Thanks for looking and stay tuned...I wasn't able to get to the post office before so I wasn't selling anything,. but I  can drive once again after breaking my wrist and shoulder and will be thinning the herd drastically..
