Tablesaw Crosscut Sled Build (Pics)

I wanted an adjustable/replaceable throat, so I cut out a section on either side of the kerf and made a few inserts that  screw into dados.

Works "ok", minor discrepancies of flushness, need to figure out a better way to do it (maybe splines?) but  I can use a dado with my sled now.  

Except for one thing: I ran into a screw with my new Dadonator :-( 

Sharpening service made it brand new :-).
