I didn't mean to hijack Tom's Score thread, but the hitch extension is a great idea.  Thanks Admiral for the link, there's an Academy Sports down the road a piece and have them in stock according to their website.  I'll pick one up today.

I bought the hitch extender at Menards when they had an 11% off sale which lately seems its every other week.

It comes in handy and easy to secure loads to it.

One of my better purchases.
