What type of screw is this?
#11
It has a very flat head, like a pan head but the top is flat, and very thin. Probably metric because the parts lists calls it a m27-1.5 inches long. The point if flat.

The screw is to hold a slider metal bar on a porch swing into an upright made out of Trex.

Any name so I can source some?

4 or 5 mm hex drive, not that it matters.

The head type could be listed as truss or wafer. Socket drive.

Looks like a pocket hole screw to my non-expert eye. Check McFeeley's

I no longer build museums but don't want to change my name. My new job is a lot less stressful. Life is much better.

The threads look very similar to those used for particle board or MDF. Closest I can come up with a a truss head deck screw.

That’s my impression.  A thick wafer head screw, for particle board.

Wafer head socket cap screws, usually called connecting screws. Common in flat pack furniture and outdoor DIY playgrounds.
