Unless the previous owner customized the pre-hung door , a replacement should fit easily.
Of course, you can measure the hinge mortises before you buy.
If they don’t match up, you can easily make dutchmen to fill the old mortises and re-cut OR buy a true blank.
I’ve had to do both—pretty easy work.
