I just took out my cutter from the drawer and noticed the cutter has 2-6. It looks to me like it has several different cutters on it and they're secured by tightening a small screw. Does this sound reasonable?

Yes as I had one of my dads that you could rotate to get a new cutter, the wheels are replaceable but do as Cooler said buy a new Fletcher as they cut good.  If this is old used glass it will be much harder to cut than new glass.  Roly
