When I had bearing guides on my saw I got replacements from a bearings and drives place. I'm sure they weren't the cheapest but being sealed they lasted a long time. I switched over to blocks made of solid surface material. That seems to work pretty well and work better than bearings for 1/4" and narrower blades, if the teeth touch the solid surface material it will just be cut away rather than messing with the teeth. People also use dense hardwood maybe oil soaked for blade guides. I just drilled one hole in the blocks and screwed them where the bearings went. I was afraid the blocks would rotate just being held by one screw but so far so good.

When I'm replacing motor or wheel bearings, I buy the expensive ones but when I'm replacing guide bearings, I buy the cheap ones.  Usually I can find good deals on them in quantities of 10 on Amazon.

For instance: I have the Grizzly G0513 and found a 10 pack of PGN brand for $15.

You can go to the Grizzly web site and look at the parts list for your bandsaw and it will show the bearing designation.   Then use that number to search Amazon.

For instance, if you need 608-2rs bearings for your side guides:
