You can use a hand setter, providing the distance between the teeth lets the setter shaft hit each tooth.
Find your band specs and use the original tooth set, which will be in thousands.

Thanks Steve. It's a 3/4 inch 3TPI Timberwolf new out of the box. It resawed the first two pieces of wood like a hot knife through warm butter. Started burning on the third piece of 6 inch long white oak. I'll look up the specs.
