FYI on shipping

Check out UPS flat rate, assuming it is under 50lbs and less than 1780 sq in.

I shipped a Rockwell 1072 tenon jig from San Diego to Wisconsin for under $30, ground 

It was from their website and I dropped off at a local UPS store.  The non-flat rate was above $80

I checked UPS Flat Rate shipping that Brian mentioned above.  This does not qualify. The largest they ship is 1728 cubioc inches not square inches.  Based on the dimensions provided this comes out to 3240 cubic inches.  So bummer for me.
