A few chunks of hard maple, some grade 8 all-thread, and a machinist friend and you could build your own.
I built four 10" ones some years ago.

The Revos apparently are designed to clamp railroad ties and pull together horrifically prepared joints

I haven't looked lately, but you used to be able to purchase "kits" for them, you supplied the wood.
