Nicely done and great mix of wood. Now you can make wood legs when you fix his floor

The floor is the least of his issues with that house.  He bought it a couple of years ago because his wife just had to get the kids out of Niagara Falls.  Not a bad idea, truthfully, but this house is over 100 years old and has been haphazardly remodeled several times by people who had no clue what they were doing.  Joists cut off and left unsupported to make room for a stairway an addition that leaked where it joined the main house, floors that sag (no surprise there), it goes on and on.  Last year his wife filed for divorce, so now he's stuck in this old monster of a money pit.  She took the dining room table, too, hence the need to make one.

Poor guy; at least he has a place to eat now. Beautiful work, as usual John!
