Chisel id?

    [attachment=35205][attachment=35205]I found this chisel. Its 1 1/4" wide, and 1/2" thick.
It's  got a curve to it. 
Looks like the curve was for cutting bottoms of mortices but not sure. 
Any info?

It's too provide clearance for your fingers when paring to level a surface.
