Wood Clothes Pins
#3
A scored a clothes pin bag full of the gems,

They make great clamps for small items , holding templates in place.
remove the metal spring you have reusable glue spreaders or a ready made  tapered  shim.
I also use them to clamp  a curtain in place around a work piece
so not to get dust in the finish.

They can be glued to one another to hold items just right for mockups.

I  made a peg board in the shop with them screwed
down to hold my notes and photos.
and they are made of wood !
Wood is good
