PVA on Plywood?
#4
I just built a small storage shed. Sheeted with plywood. I have 4 gals of PVA drywall primer An don't plan to top coat. I just need to brighten the room so I thought priming it white would work and I have the primer. Any problem with is plan?

Well, if it's a shed that's what I would do. I'm not sure the PVA primer has the adhesion of the other stuff, but I am sure I wouldn't care.
I started with absolutely nothing. Now, thanks to years of hard work, careful planning, and perseverance, I find I still have most of it left.

Most primers are tintable, so you might not be stuck with simply white.
