TI have a Jet 10”planer/jointer and just replaced the small ribbed belt JJP8BT-129 but the wood still will not feed through. I also noticed neither the chain that turns the rollers is not turning nor the plastic gears when powered up. How do I correct this issue?  Thanks- Kerry
