Ok, I'll bite.   Record #778, two support posts for fence, most robust version of the 78 out there.  Works very, very well.

There is something wrong with your plane blade.  The shavings have to many holes in them.

Taken on a Shake Down Cruise...after getting a "re-fit"
   
Iron still needs a bit of work....we do have a "Stand-by" on hand..
   
Stanley No. 7c, Type 9.....while I work on the iron in that Stanley No. 8c, Type 19....

Had a Sargent No. 3416 that needed cleaned up a bit...
   
So....
   
Then gave it a test drive....
   
And found out it has a cambered iron....this IS a Jack plane, after all.
