Thanks.

The Lighting Supply vendor didn't show in my search the other day.  The Garvin Industries hit is the multimeter manufacturer.  The rest of the hits are for fuses of other sizes.

I went into Lighting Supply's web site and they wouldn't show shipping options/prices until one enters card info and hits the "Place Order" button.  My issue with Garvin Industries' sourced fuse was that they wanted $25 for shipping.  Lighting Supply apparently won't tell me how much shipping is until I place the order.  Maybe there's a button in a subsequent screen that allows me to cancel, but then again, maybe not.  No thanks.

Shipping is also 14-21 days, which used to mean coming straight from China.  I don't know if that's what it means now, but if it does, I'd bet shipping time is longer than that.

Supplyhouse.com carries the Littlefuse brand of fuses.  They have several 600 v, 10a versions.

Supplyhouse.com's customer service was very helpful when I needed a capacitor for my radial arm saw.

I would email them and ask which is the Littlefuse equivalent replacement.

Only thing I wonder is if I'll get charged a foreign currency fee for the transaction.  I'll have to look into that.

Makes me wonder why this is so hard to find in the U.S.  Oh well....

Of course you’ll be charged an exchange fee.  So what ?

It’s only a tiny percentage or small flat fee or both depending on your bank or financial institution.  It won’t be anywhere close to $15 making it cheaper than your Garvin route.

I can't find any fuses that match the size and spec, except on the manufacturer's web site (linked).  The problem is the cost; fuse is $6.29 with $25 shipping.  The multimeter itself was less than $40 new.

The fuse is an odd spec:  1/4" by 1" (6.4mm x 25.4mm), 600V, 10A.

I've looked at Grainger as well as Amazon and any of the other easily-found online vendors.

Any hints/help appreciated.

Any luck finding this? I have the same fuse/problem. I found a quantity of 50 on Amazon. I'm thinking about buying them and splitting in quantities of 5 or something, just so i have the right fuse and can maybe help out some other guys. Let me know if you're still looking, or found a better option.
Thanks

I ended up doing as TDKPE suggested and going with a 250V fuse.  I really have no need for the 600V capability on the DC side.

Link to correct size 10-pack of 250V fuses

These fit my Southwire MM just fine.
